The location is good. Excellent mountain views. The staff is very helpful, especially the lovely gentleman who's running the breakfast kitchen. Even with the limited knowledge of English, he can win your heart. Breakfast pho is amazing, good variety too. The view from the restaurant deck is top notch. There's a pizza place next door called Chicago. They have amazing pizza which you can smell from the hotel at all times. Go try them.

One of the rooms we got (the family room) did not have a drain for the shower cubicle, instead the water went under the sink on the tile to a drain outside of the cubicle. This made the bathroom floor wet at all times. The exhaust fan worked, but appeared to have no suction, which made the wet floor situation worse. Apart from that, the rooms could have brighter paints and better lighting.

The hotel staff was sincere and helpful in many ways, proactive to assist. This made our stay a positive one. They assisted with our luggage without asking.

The room was very cold during December. We had to ask for 2 portable heaters but felt better after that. The hotel is located on a slope, which makes alighting or boarding from a car a little difficult.

Neat and clean. Very courteous staff. Helpful receptionist. Organized the local tours for us.

Sky villa was spacious and good view

Breakfast spread was disappointing especially for vegetarian. No spread in cereals or bread

The view of the mountains, the coziness of the place, quiet area in Sapa. Within walking distance to the Sapa train station.

It was so spacious and clean, nice view and also the staff are all friendly.

Amazing location in town with a wonderful view. We were very lucky to get the 3 bedroom suite for our family which was huge! Mountain side location was great and you are right in town with a short walk to the market. Easy to arrange further transfers from reception. We turned up in the middle of the night so the 24hr reception was a life saver.

Breakfast was very busy!

The view was fabulous, and I will not forget the memories I have captured here. The staff was very polite, and the food was amazing.

I don't have anything to complain about

The hotel wasn’t much to look at from the outside but boy was our anccomodation amazing. We stayed in the two bedroom villa and the view was beautiful, the beds were comfy, the bathrooms were well appointed. As we were travelling with young children we didn’t want to chance it so it was great that the hotel served a good buffet breakfast and delicious meals! The staff were super helpful - we were able to have a very early check-in and very late checkout for an additional charge, which was great as we had travelled to and from Sapa on overnight trains.

Everything was excellent. Stayed 2 nights with my family in the family room no.101. Cleanliness was good. Buffet breakfast was good. Services were very good. Helpful and friendly staff. The location was perfect, and nearby, many restaurants were available. Famous Sun Plaza is just 3 minutes walking. Air-conditioned did not warm perfectly. The shower water drainage system should be improved. Electric blanket should be provided for further improvement. Otherwise, it's a very good hotel indeed.

This hotel was recommended by the blogger The Moonlighting Doctor that’s why we tried it. Didn’t disappoint - the hotel was very charming, full of paintings, beautiful courtyard and best staff. The Vietnamese hospitality is really amazing. We booked the sky villa , too spacious for a group of 4 people actually. They should add a small sofa in the hall between the 2 rooms. Location was perfect, albeit, street can get busy at times. Breakfast was simple and basic but it is ok. The pho was great. Coffee not consistently hot.

There is a certain smell in the restaurant - like a clogged drainage smell that comes from the kitchen. Best to eat breakfast outside the restaurant - beautiful views

The staff were absolutely amazing! Our room had outstanding views, and the breakfest was top knotch.

Very good location, lot of restaurants near by

We booked fansipan view room. While booking it was never mentioned that lift is upto 7th floor, our room was on 10th floor. Specially in Sapa where you do a lot of walking/climbing during sight seeing coming back to hotel and climb 3 floors was not welcome and then later if you need to go down for dinner it's again 3 floors of climbing after 7th. Breakfast options were limited

This is a great hotel very close to the centre of town with good mountain views. Lots of common outdoor areas to enjoy. Unfortunately we had heavy fog while there so didn't enjoy these or the views but we could see that there were no buildings in front to block them. Still enjoyed our stay. Cheapest stay in our 4 week Vietnam trip and definitely good value. Used the local tourism office to book local village tours which I would highly recommend.

The breakfast could be improved

Clean, central location. Heating in the room, plenty of hot water. Good choice at breakfast, comfortable room. Am sure views would of been wonderful but it was a cloudy day.

Nothing, good value for money

The room is spacious and with a balcony view.

You can't just easily change the ventilation (airco) warm to cold or the otherway around. It was winter nevertheless the airco was blewing heat off worst than being in desert.Suppose it takes atleast 15 min to change the temp. we never managed to change it to a regular temp.

Love everything about this hotel. Location, staff, roo., facilities, view from balcony and liberally everything!

Location, personable and friendly staff, comfortable room

The hotel has buffet for breakfast, not too much but it's enough for breakfast. The food is good.

Hope the hotel can support customer to check in early or have a service for customers who arrive in Sapa so early morning, for example: hot water or fruits while waiting to check available room.
